One-on-One at its very basic. No frills workout laid out with your goals and interests. This is for the person that does not overthink nor wants to worry about the process. They show up, put in the effort, and punch out.

Warrior: Periodized Program

$560/half-hour sessions or $1000/hour sessions

Serious goals require focused planning and effort. This is the standard for personal training which include investment of time and effort. Consistency is key in following the path routed by your end goal. There may be detours along the way but this is like the GPS to the finish line. Incudes paper & digital programming, 20 sessions, tracking notebook, and more.

Drifter: Program Design

$184/half-hour sessions or $250/hour sessions

One of the most popular services in the past, this is a program designed to do in your location of choice. Shaped by your goals and equipment available. The following is included: Paper & Digital delivery of program, 3 One-hour sessions and tracking notebook.

This may be our favorite when a dedicated individual, group or team wants to become quicker, more powerful, and stronger on the court or field. This is Strength & Conditioning Coaching written for you, your group, or your teams’ location and goals. PPT by DVS can host up to 4 individuals at a time or we can come to you. The dedicated with the ability to adapt and learn always reap the higher rewards. Added focus on injury prevention will raise your potential of a successful season.
